This website offers visitors handmade gifts, digital training, digital workshops, online information. Warranties & responsibility for services and products


When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

you can always opt-out and exit the community, and upon doing so, such user’s profile will not be publicly visible. Naturally, in such event you will not be able to use the community features

Returns Policy

Last updated 20/02/2021

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email lisa@mammajacks.co.uk to obtain a Returns Code. Wright down the code and put in inside your parcel with the item. Then place the item securely in its original packaging, and wrap in parcel paper then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed but please allow up to 3 working day for your refund to appear on you account.

EXCEPTIONS  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Downloads  

  •     Deposits

  •     Damaged items or products with out original packaging.
